The tennis and basketball court is surrounded by the stone-lined pavilion. There is also a beach volleyball court located above the main house.
Drake also bought the house next door to the Yolo Estate for $2.85 million in 2016. The property is 1950s ranch-style residence spread across 1.6 acres. The residence has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms covered in 4,445 square feet plus an 800 square foot detached guesthouse.
